What is
the purpose of a CV?
Cvs are
needed to show a potential employer your qualifications, previous experience,
what your interests are and how you will be an advantage to their company. A CV
should be simple and straight to the point. They are created to sell you to an
employer. You have to add your own personality towards a CV to make it a part
of you.
A CV needs
updating regularly so that If you have gained anymore skills or studied anymore
qualifications you should let your employer know because they could work to
your advantage. It also looks a lot more professional that you have taken the
time to update your CV for the job opportunity.
Why do you
need a CV for different jobs?
Many cvs
should be simple and you may not fit all the information for that particular
job. You will be able to sculpt each individual CV to your advantage when it
comes to applying for a job.
